Jolt may seem like an odd person to make the point, but it is directed at someone who cuts down “faceless henchman” without a second thought. It might be that Cutlass has more of a soldiering mentality where it’s all part of the job… but she does approach it with some relish. In case you’re wondering. the encounter between Jolt and Cutlass was way back in Yesterday Dies Tomorrow – when Jolt shocked Jolt through one of her swords.
