And so begins a new short story- starting with a bigger and better version of the transdimensional vortex that we had first seen last week! But where is he falling to? Why, to new sexy adventure, and gratuitous boobs, of course! But you can see for yourself next week, kids!
Landing sucks more
Hey! That's my line! 😀
Awesome vortex surfing Bunny. I agree with Bearman on landing
He could have a future in vortex surfing if he wanted one!… There's always the off chance he could land in a dumpster filled with pillows, after which he could take a nap… naps are good!
A slim chance oof that but it could happen if he's real lucky
Well, I am the writer… we've been known to make things happen in our own little universes!
Agreed, falling is balls.
For some reason, falling through a vortex has never really made it onto my bucket list!
Really effective art and composition. I like the implied motion, and the out of frame final pose.
Thanks, Binky! This is one of those few pages that I knew what it was going to look like before I put it on a page… I like experimenting on the page and trying new stuff. There seemed to be a bit more of that sort of thing in my previous comic, Muddlecreek, but this week's comic (and last week's) seem to be a reader favorites… it's one of those rare "all ages" pages for Bunny Wiggins.
It would make a good poster, too.
If he was pushed out by the devil, shouldn't he be falling UP?!? Or is he coming through a hole straight from China?!? [grin]
Ah, but in the transdimensional vortex, up and down is relative…. if he were falling up he would be flying… I guess falling is similar to flying, and the latter almost always results in the former if it had been unintentional. Aw, hell… I don't know what I'm saying… too much caffeinated soda ("pop" for my friends in the Midwestern US and in Canada!) today for me methinks!
Doesn't he have a parachute?
Falling might suck, but oh, what a beautifully rendered fall!
I’d have to disagree with Mister Wiggins here. Falling doesn’t suck.
The sudden deceleration at the end might be a bummer, though.
You do raise a good point… but I think I would disagree, in that I would be filled with anxiety about the pain that I am about to feel when I finally hit bottom!
