Thanks, James! Prowler is a slick customer… I think he\’s one of my favorite character designs so far. It\’s sort if refreshing to do a layout with two panels… Typically, I\’m trying to cram 6-8 panels on a page to move the story along!
I hear ya. I feel I made a commitment to the size of my pages and fonts so (for this project at least) I am forced to cram loads into each page. Like you, I love it when I realise I have a page where I can progress things with fewer, but larger, images.
Awhile back ( Starting with the story \”Interlewd\”), I made the pages larger so it gave me a little more room to work. So what did I do? I crammed THOSE pages with dialogue, and six or seven panels!
I suppose it\’s not often written out! What surprises me, is that there\’s like 20 ways of spelling it out! I think I\’ve learned a valuable lesson about using non-English dialogue in these comics…invariably, I always get it wrong, then someone who speaks the language comes along a few months later to correct me.
I have to tell you, I've been doing my family genealogy and found a relative out of Nova Scotia w/ the last name Wiggins. It sent a chill down my spine. I may have the DNA of an evil wabbit in me! [smirk]
Fear not… He was named after a concert venue in Camden, New Jersey. I\’ve never been there, but I always heard it advertised on the radio, and thought it was fun to say. I also knew a Wiggins in High school… I think he died in an atv accident.
I do genealogy too… It turns out my first ancestors to get here came 375 years ago just a couple of miles from where I live!
Thanks! Now that you mention it, there is an interesting contrast between the two… They are virtually opposites! It\’s funny… I\’m so close to it, I didn\’t even see it.
I like Prowler's style. Also, nice page layout today.

Capice…I don't think I ever saw that in writing. So that is how you spell it…

Oh, I thought he was calling his boss a Caprice.
I think he\’s more of an AMC Gremlin or a Ford Pinto!
BW likes being the Top Dawg, as usual. It's gonna be interesting to see what this team is comprised of.
Therein lies the fun, George! This is my first stab at doing a \”caper\” story… I hope I get it right!
And they had better be good suggestions!
That\’s true… They\’d better be… The whole story revolves around them!

Just few more days and we get to see the new team! -v
Now it\’s but hours away!
This is so much fun, Jerry! Prowler and Bunny are great stylistic contrasts!

Prowler probably lost a fang in his earlier years in battle. Cool smoke cloud, Jerry. I'm also excited to see the new team :O)
How he lost his fang is a mystery… It's one of those things that I'll leave to the reader's imagination!
Boss is easier to say than Claude Hausenfef… Hasenpepp… Housenpf… Bunny Wiggins
You could also just call him "Claude"! 😀
GASP!!! I just realised this is a Boobies Free episode!!! Strange Jerry, very strange indeed…
It's rare, but it does happen!
That explains my withdrawals! And I thought it was for lack of beer in the house!
